  I went to buy a necklace at Pandora Scarborough a few days ago. I had such a pleasant experience. They greeted me and welcomed me with a smile even though it was extremely busy. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I told the sales girl that I would look around first. While I was walking through the crowded store, I was approached by another associate who happened to be the manager. I think her name was Kathryn. She asked me if I was doing okay and asked me how my day was so far. She was so knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me until another sales clerk became available. She went above and beyond and gave me many options to choose from. She shared her personal story of the pieces she collected. I bought not only a necklace for my aunt, but also bought a ring and a charm for myself. I would definitely shop at this location again. Love their friendly ambiance!

  Tiffany was very helpful with selecting rings. She also tried her best to help me untarnish my bracelet, very grateful for that. Best customer service I’ve ever received in a jewelry store. Thank you again!!

  I have been here a handful of times buying gifts for people and have not had any issues. All of the girls working there were very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed. They would answer my questions and offered their opinions on charms without rushing me into a decision. I will be returning to this location again next time for my next purchase. I do not recall having to deal with the manager that a few of the other reviews have mentioned, but if what they are saying is in fact true, there is no excuse for that type of customer service.

  Scabrough town center has great customer service skill. I have been to fairview mall loction and I perfer going to stc becauae they are very friendly and polite. Give this location a shot.

  Bought a charm at this store and received the wrong one. When I took it back to exchange it the lady who sold it to me accused me of tampering with it and said that it looked like it had been used. She also said that she would never give me the wrong charm basically blaming me saying I was a liar. I am not a dishonest person and do not care to be treated as one. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing here again!
